Bring A Face Covering
Clients and staff are required to wear face coverings and respect social distancing at all times


Come alone
Unless you require a companion for medical safety assistance
No food or pets please


Limited Waiting Area
We may ask you to step outside, take a walk, grab a cupcake at Billy's and we will text you


We Will Take Your Temperature
The CDC defines a fever as 100.4 or higher to be a reason for you to reschedule your appointment
We ask that anyone displaying any symptoms of illness to please stay homeate arrivals or missed appointments will be charged full service price.


Screening Questions
We will ask the following:
1. Do you have or have you had any respiratory symptoms including fever and/or cough or any other flu symptoms in the last 14 days?
2. Have you been in close contact with someone with COVID-19 in the past 2 weeks?


Use Hand Santizer
We ask that you use the provided hand sanitizer when you enter the salon


Prices Are Subject To Change
Due to the added expense of PPE, cleaning supplies, and extra color costs, there may be a minimal increase to help offset the burden


Booking Appointments
All appointments will now require a credit card
You can book your appointment with your stylist, by phone, or through our website
Please let us know if your service will require extra time


Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made more than 24 hours in advance
Late cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals will be charged full service price


What We Are Doing
We are reducing our staff and spacing out appointments in order to minimize contact
We are wearing all required protective gear in addition to barriers between each station
We are screening all staff prior to their work shift. All staff will be tested for COVID every two weeks.
We are disinfecting all surfaces, tools, and high-volume areas before/after each client with required disinfectant
We are continuing our excessive nightly cleaning
We are providing hand sanitizer at the entrance, work stations, and throughout the salon
